JFF’s Pathways to Prosperity Network is an innovative community of states, regions, cities, and intermediary organizations that are leading a national college and career pathways movement. Network participants share a vision for systems of pathways that operate at scale and equitably serve youth and adults—and each member develops strategies and models for the work that are tailored to their specific goals, education and workforce systems, and labor market needs.

The 2021 Pathways to Prosperity Network Spring Institute will feature plenary talks from leading experts in the education and workforce development fields and host rounds of interactive working and concurrent breakout sessions. We hope to create spaces to share and workshop best practices on pressing topics in our work that pre-date the pandemic, that came into the foreground during the pandemic, and that look ahead to defining the future of the field. We are also exploring new ways of interacting that take advantage of the virtual setting of the Institute, including opportunities for more connection, collaboration, and learning among and across Network teams, as well as ways to spotlight and elevate for the broader field the great work, innovation, and leadership happening across the Network.
The Institute will provide ample opportunity for peer learning, with Pathways to Prosperity Network members sharing strategies, problems of practice, and resources. The agenda will include new approaches that leverage interactive tools to effectively facilitate virtual learning, engagement, and reflection. Institute participants will:
